If you are determined to move AGon and these are the only offers that people are making, then I would go with Option 2 but demand that either Neuwenheis is upgraded strongly or you get another player/prospect thrown in to help you. Otherwise pass on both and find another way. Even with his salary someone should be willing to take on AGon as a potential game changer for the coming season.

Neither. There has to be a better deal out there for you that provides both player value and salary reduction.

If you have to take a deal, take the 2nd one.

But I still think both are awful.
