$150 NL Only Keeper Starting Forming

I am currently forming a NL only keeper startup. League would be hosted on CBS and LeagueSafe would be used for collecting fees. Please contact me for the details. However, here are the basics:

12 Teams, $260 Salary Cap, $150 League Fee, 5x5, Rotisserie style (Not Head to Head). Auction format would be used to fill all active roster slots (22 man rosters - 13 hitters (2 C, 1b, 2b, 3b, SS, MI, CI, 5 OF, 1 U and 9 pitchers). Then, we would have the reserve draft.
