Out of these two, who should "get the go" for my util spot? Fullmer is batting cleanup and phelps in the 5 spot. phelps or fullmer???help me...help you

Phelps. Toronto has a better heart of the lineup and is facing a way less formidable pitcher, Jason Johnson, than the Rangers are facing, I think Hudson.
