I'm in an 18 team auction keeper draft. Everyone starts with 260 minus keepers. I had 290 to spend after some trades last year. After my keepers I have 263 to spend.

and 5 bench spots.
Here is my question. We have a total of 20 spots on our team. However, we have the option of only draft 17 total players (including our keepers) and get the other 3 players from the waivers after the draft. (We have 300 to spend for the season on waivers.) So would you Just draft the 17 players and get the most bang for you draft bucks or fill out an entire team?

I thought the $300 budget u spend on waivers starts fresh after the draft. U only get $300 for the draft & the left over is ur budget for the season? If so u gotta draft smart

I was thinking that too giantsfan.
No no. The 300 is what I have for waivers for the season. So I'd have about $22 to spend on avg per player. That's solid!
