What do you think of Cobb for 8.00 in a 12 team 5x5 AL only league 260.00 cap ? I made an offer to get Cobb which he rejected but he did counter with this.
My 15th pick for Cobb and his 23.
Now . The picks are used to select minor leaguers or major leaguers that weren't drated. Minor leaguers don't count against cap while they are still in the minors. They become 5.00 if they come up for more than 2 weeks in one stretch before Sept 1st.
I was planning on keeping Chris Tillman for 1.00 as my third pitcher I am keeping. I have Price for 20.00 and Casey Janssen for 1.00. Is Cobb worth moving back 8 spots and taking on 7.00 ? We keep up to eight players and with Tillman my keepers will cost me 78.00 leaving me with 182.00 to spend on 15 more players.
