Ryan Cook Value?

I'm in a super deep 20 team H2H dynasty league and I was offered Clay Buchholz and Wandy Rodriguez for Ryan Cook. We count Holds for pitching. Cook had a good season last year, but as most know, middle relievers just pop up out of nowhere and there are quite a few still to be had. I wasn't really looking to add a ton of SP pitching depth, but I already have Betancourt, Axford, Frieri, and Venters as RP. My starting pitching is relatively deep as well with Weaver, Samardzija, Lester, Pineda, and Chris Archer, but truth be told I could use another decent K starter.

Question is, what's Cook's long term value and what would you be looking for him?

Eh I'd take Wandy I guess but I'd want no part of Buccholz.
Can you post both your rosters.
I would offer him Cook for maybe Wandy+something else a decent utility bat.
