Dynasty: Homer Bailey or Jarrod Parker?

Given the option, who do you prefer? Bailey or Parker? Straight one versus the other.

League settings: 7x7 (ERA, WHIP, W, K, QS, Sv, Hd) Dynasty keepers (forever)

Definitely close. Personally, I lean towards consistency...which in this case would be Parker simply because he has slightly better ground ball tendencies and his home ballpark is far more pitcher-friendly. Bailey will probably have greater "highs", but the severity/frequency of his "lows" would sway me towards Parker.
