*******MY RESPONSE FROM YOUR OTHER POST ON JUST THE FIRST OFFER*******
If you want to do it (and it does sound like you want to...with a couple of valid reasons), I'd make him swap his best closer (assuming he has a good one)for B. League. Chapman may end up closing again before too long, and League may be at risk with Jansen in the background (League lost the closer job in Seattle last season and I think he temporary lost it the season before). Just throw something like this in the counter : " If you can downgrade your closer to League, we have a deal." I'd also ask for the other player he'd drop, just to see.
You could make the deal as-is, but I think you might leaving value on the table. At the same time, you don't want to waste playable value on your bench when you can merge a couple of players into an elite one.
Another option: find whoever has Broxton and dangle Chapman as both a solid SP and Broxton's replacement and then throw in either Middlebrooks or Jennings and try to reach for someone like Heyward. The point is, I think there are still some options to explore before you sign off on that first offer. Try to work the first guy for more while shopping the pieces he wants with other owners to see if you can better (and for fewer players).

ON your second trade offer, I don't like that one. Keep your ace for sure.
