There are 2 C so I'm a little worried I'm going to end up overpaying or having junk at C. Am I crazy for thinking about taking a catcher over Butler for the same price?

Yes. Keeping either of those guys over Butler would be absolutely crazy.

I would keep Butler as well. Don't sweat the C spot too much. You can wait, even with two catchers needed.

Take a look at what the Cafaholics Masters and Pond Scum drafts are looking like. They are both big leagues (Masters is 15, PS is 14) who play with 2 catchers. Checking out their draft pages might give you a better idea of what ind of talent is going to be there later for you. They can be found under the "draft rooms inside" forum.
