14 team . 6x6. MI, CI, 5of, 2util. Costs of the 2 players are equal.
I can keep a player for 3 years max. I've kept Zobrist for 2 years already, and I'm leaning towards Kipnis. He's younger, and I have ability to keep him 3 more years. Zob I can only keep 1 more year, and he's getting older (32 this year).
In terms of stats, they're almost equal. Zobrist has a slight edge over Kipnis in my league, because of higher OBP, and because of position eligibility (2b, ss, of). But, Kipnis more than made up for it last year when it came to stolen bases....I think most projection systems (oliver, zips, steamer, etc) underestimate how many he'll steal this year.
If you didn't have any stipulations on usage past this year...I would obviously go with Zobrist...But with you already keeping him 2 of the 3 years...I think that would force my hand to go with Kipnis.
Zobrist's positional eligibility does make that a very tough call though.

That's the one. It's close in a vacuum (there are several Zobrist vs. Kipnis questions around right now with different contexts), but I think the context in this one makes the decision pretty easy for Kipnis.
