Agreed. I think a McCutchen type of player (both in skill and as importantly, demand/current ADP) should go for a lower top 10/15 hitter PLUS a Price type pitcher to make it worthwhile. None of those offers reaches that threshold in my opinion. If you put him out there and listed your requirement I'd bet you'd at least get better offers than the two you listed.
