Hosmer/Holland FOR Kinsler (WHIR)

Deep Roster ESPN Head to Head Fantasy Point 12 Team Mixed League. We were a 10 team league, (hence the great keepers already) but had expansion this season and added 2 teams.

12 team league, we expanded 2 more teams this year, (expansion draft, I lost a few guys) from our 10 team league last year, hence why I have awesome keepers. 17 keepers in all.

Completed the following trade last week:
I GOT: 3B-Headley
I TRADED AWAY: LF/RF-Morse and SP-Lester

Just been offered the following deal? (would you make this move? and who would you cut below? LF/CF-D.Jennings? and try to get him back in the draft?)
I GET: 2B-I.Kinsler and RP-E.Frieri and 13th rd pick (I would only keep Kinsler out of this deal)
I TRADED AWAY: 1B-Hosmer and RP-Holland and 3rd rd pick (right now neither are my keepers for this year, or should Hosmer be? see below)

Personally don't like the draft picks involved in the deal, if I can get them out of the equation, Would you do the deal?

A 13th rd pick is not too bad for hosmer but kinsler in the 3rd is sweet. I'd see if u can get a 10th or 11th but otherwise, nice deal ur not keeping either player anyhow & u have 2 strong 2b-men. Rizzo over hosmer no on machado. Try & get Frazier back

I think you should do the deal because Kinsler is the best player.

I also think you should make a few more deals. Kinsler isn't a need for you, but it's an opportunity to improve team value. I would definitely look to move Zobrist to someone who can use him at SS. His value at OF is significantly lower than a MI position.

I'd try to move Machado pre-draft. With 17 keepers, someone could certainly use him. Even if you only take small upgrades elsewhere, it would be of value to your team.

Tough call on this one. I like you getting Kinsler, but you already have Kipnis and Cano, so he automatically fills your utility spot, which I usually like to leave open going into a draft. Also, I don't like giving up a 3rd rounder, but for Kinsler it seems like it could be well worth it. As I've seen just in the past few weeks, you know how to execute a trade that helps you, so I kind of like the trade, which would give you a surplus of 2B and plenty of options to try and move one for a better OF.

So overall, I'd say to pull the trigger on the trade and dump Jennings. I'm not as fond of it as I usually am of trades I recommend, but I think Kinsler's great value for someone you weren't planning on keeping anyway.
