Anyone experienced with Fantrax contract settings

I have an auction league, we did the auction on espn and I imported the results with no problem.

Our rules are setup that next year a player can be kept at his auction value +$4 dollars (the following year costs another $4 ect.)
Any rookie from our minors that has exceeded our minors requirement can be kept for $2 (and the following year costs +$4)

I've got the salaries set to a player's auction value... but how do I use the contract settings to implement the following year's salaries?
