Inheriting a Keeper team. Pick my Keepers. WHIR

Yo guys, I need your help. I'm taking over a keeper team in a very competitive league. I have my choice between two teams. You pick two keepers, and you can only keep a player for one season, so you don't have to think too long term, just for this upcoming season. You also draft the keeper in the round earlier than he was drafted last season. You also can't keep a first rounder.

Team B is getting my attention because I can draft Chris Sale in the 18th. Beyond that, nothing crazy is jumping out at me. Which team should I pick, and which two players from that team should I keep?

It's a 10 team league, and I don't know which pick I will have, so let's assume random.

then I like Goldschmidt and Latos. If you have the 9th or 10th pick them maybe Cargo. Goldschmidt seems like the best pick that I see.

Its really hard to say without knowing what pick you will have and who will be available. Generally speaking though, Cutch and Beltre is a pretty solid foundation, even in a ten team league.
