Perez is out opening the door for Pestano to run with closer role at best you'd have a closer in season which isn't worth keeping anyway.
Kennedy - his value has taken a hit and you can get him in the draft as a value pick in your draft.
McCann I would be very very tempted here. Thing is he won't be out long and I think he'd rebound nicely. However, I've seen McCann fall very far in some drafts I've been getting asked for advice on as well as that.
Tex - is trending downward and 1b is the easiest position to fill.
Do you have another option?
The best there is, the best there was, and the best there ever will be!

I'm not a big fan of any of the players either, but I'd take Tex. Your other keepers are so solid I think you could keep Tex and be more than fine with your hitting stats, even better if he is somewhat productive.
If you end up finding another 1B you like (a Craig or someone like that) you can always try to trade Tex for a pitcher or other hitter (though I've people discuss in other threads that Tex was a tough piece to move for good value last season).
If Tex ends up being your weakest infielder, I think you'll be more than fine.
