I'd wait. None of those guys are going to supplant a pitcher you already have, so I'd hold out for a waiver OF. If Adam Eaton is out there, I'd suggest picking him up, as he's slated to start in center this season.

Above average team here. I think your IF is solid and covers all the categories. I'd almost like to see you move Zobrist to the OF and try to trade Butler or Hosmer for a solid 2B (Phillips, Kipnis?) Your OF is going to give you the SB category and while it's not great, it's a decent OF for a 12-teamer. I like the position players on the bench too.

Pitching is solid with Price and Cueto leading the way. Shields should help with Ws, Morrow is a K machine and Hellickson will help keep down your ERA.

I'd also pass on all the WW players

Just something interesting I noticed...you only have 5 NL players on your team. Not that that matters though...

A pretty good team. What your roster may lack in big names names (although Miggy/Longo/Price certainly light it up) it makes up for with some good value-picks and some high reward guys. I think there is some potential exposure with some hitter that might underperform (Hosmer, Longo, maybe Gomez if he doesn't get full ABs) I think it's a good start and I agree that's solid pitching group to start the season with.

I'm not sure how sold you are on Hosmer, but given that of your hitters have a few question marks, you might want to trade him (maybe package him with a Markakis for a better/more established hitter and maybe a back-end pitcher to compete with Hellickson.

Either way, I agree that it's better-than-average teams with some upside with Machado (and even Hosmer if he rebounds). I think a couple of trades and/or ww pick-ups and this could be an even more solid team.
