I decided to create a fresh keeper league. The league will be at Yahoo. As of now the draft is on the 23rd but might change to 17th or 24th whatever works best for everyone.

There will be 6 keepers each year with the keepers costing 2 rounds higher than previous years, so Bryce Harper drafted in round 7 would cost a 5th. Free agents and players drafted after round 20 are kept the next year at round 20. If you have multiple keepers in a round and don't have the picks to keep them they go up a round at your own discretion. Meaning you have Harper and Trout as round 5 keepers but only have one 5th you can choose who is the 5th and who is the 4th.

So that means you are allowed to trade future draft picks to help you out for next year.
