You overdid pitching and have a huge HR/RBI deficiency to make up. Too many leadoff hitter types. If you can manage to not fall too far back in HR/RBI while building a good lead in pitching you will have some trade value to nab a slugger or two.

At first I thought maybe you were going for high BA/runs but Napoli just doesn't fit for that strat.

Not to mention you're a little light on speed without getting your bench into the action which puts your hr/rbi situation in an even more precarious position, nice set of arms though- maybe you should make a couple of trades.

Gotcha, thanks y'all. I didn't go in with a plan per se - just "get the most talent for the least money" (hence the Napoli pick). This league seemed to underrate pitching (even more than the usual 65/35 split), which is why the draft ended up like this - zigging while others are zagging. For what it's worth, the projection systems - CAIRO, Steamer, ZiPS, etc. - love this team, but just glancing at it, I don't like it much more than y'all do.

ya id try and trade for either a great speed guy with SB or try and trade for a great power guy or both. Being roto i could see you doing well in runs, BA if certain guys like Melky have a great year.
