Hey guys, Recently this guy and I in 10 team espn h2h league are discussing a trade of kemp/bumgarner for stanton/felix h... would this be a good trade or no?
depends on what u need.....this to me is a wash...the only thing that will seperate these 2 sets of players is if kemp steals bases....because if he does, you get power plus 20plus steals to boot.....bum will win more games, but felix will have more k's....I don't know what side of the deal you are on, and what your roster and scoring looks like so it's kinda hard to be real specific with this trADE....post your lineup, and what are the stats you are using(5x5, 6x6,7x7) something like that...
and honestly Im trading kemp because of his injury history/ my outfield sucks and my pitching is alright so I though I could upgrade it...and here is an idea of the scoring I have no clue how many points its all worth...
Scoring Batting Batting Average (AVG) Home Runs (HR) Runs Scored (R) Runs Batted In (RBI) Stolen Bases (SB) Pitching Earned Run Average (ERA)* Strikeouts (K) Walks plus Hits Per Innings Pitched (WHIP)* Wins (W) Saves (SV) *Minimum 10 IP
It's fine, it's basically a personal preference trade. Positions are the same and as said it's essentially a wash. The consensus rankings of the players would be Kemp (side A) Stanton (B) Felix (B) MadBum (A). Statswise I agree, one side gets a potential HR boost and K boost for the cost of some BA, a few SB, and a couple wins. No real winner or loser here.
61* 70**73**762*** MVP****AL07,AL05,NL04,ALNL03,ALNL02,NL01,ALNL00,AL99,ALNL98,ALNL96 RIP Cammi Cmon Bud NOW is the time to sack up and force feed an Olympic style drug testing program down Fehr's fat throat and save OUR game from these blatant cheaters!
Thank you for that...You have a few real low avg guys, and you don't have that much speed...your power with kemp in your lineup was pretty good, This guy could be(if healthy...35/30)plus he usually hits in the .300's....he has all the makings to be top 3 overall player if healthy, and bum is no sloutch, your gonna get 200 innings, probably 200k's and a decent era and whip....So it's not a real bad trade offer, it's about as fair as an offer as you'll probably see....lol...but i would keep what u have...u have a solid team...good luck
