Need Help Deciding on Keepers

I'm in a H2H league with a $260 salary cap. It's a keeper league and every player salaries go up $4 a year.
Need help deciding who to keep and who to cut. Recommendations are appreciated. I got to get this below $260. No limit on the mumber of keepers. So who are the keepers for their respective dollar amounts?

how many teams? scoring categories? starting roster positions?

It's a 12 team league mixed. H2H. So single is 1 point , double 2. Track HR, RBI, 3B, SB, R , BB and negative points for CS and K's. Pitching categories are IP, K's, W, HD , QS and negative for H, ER, BB, L.

Positions are all infield, included CI, MI, 4 OF and utility with 6 SP and 3 RP

Maybe package tex and granderson for another player. find some diehard yankee fan. That is alot of power though, just not fond of the prices. obviously theres more keeper value, but how many people are you expecting other teams throwing back into the pile?
