Hamilton/Taveras for Cutch/other OF WHIR

What would be a fair trade for a dynasty league (keep entire roster)? We're still developing our system of recycling players but basically you get to keep 5 of your choice each year and a few are randomly selected from each team to go back into the off season draft pool.
I want to have McCutchen on my team.. he's my favorite player. I know it's bad to play favorites, not willing to hurt my team to get him but I'd be happy if my team didn't get better or worse and I flipped some names to get him. The proposed trade was McCutchen and Choo or Melky Cabrera for my Josh Hamilton and Taveras. Seems as if the first two names are set but the second set of men can be negotiable.

Not Miguel Cabrera, Melky Cabrera. My bad for not specifying but I thought listing our rosters and saying "other OF" would let people know I wasn't talking about the triple crown winner.. obviously I know that would be a one sided trade. But I will help you out if you can come back and give me revised opinions haha.

Can you describe why in a sentence or two? Looking at Melky his career is still young and if he repeated last year he has 20/20 potential if he plays a full season and stays away from the drugs. I guess the only way I could then lose is if Taveras developed into an all-star and Josh Hamilton kept performing Konerko-style.

McCutchen is already a better player than Hamilton and is 5 years younger. He's just hitting his peak years while Hamilton (who is already injury prone) is heading into a likely decline.

Taveras is a very good prospect, but he's still a prospect and prospects don't always work out. Melky carries a bit of risk due to the steroid stuff but he's a solid player batting near the top of a good line up. He's a solid 5 category guy and that holds value.

Of course Hamilton could stay healthy for the next few years and crush and Taveras could turn into a fantasy monster, but that can happen with pretty much any trade. Right now I think this makes your team better.

Thank you very much for taking the time to help! I agree I don't want to buy in to prospects too much. I took Taveras in round 7 (about 80th overall) and immediately felt guilty. Maybe I will get some value from him with a trade like this. Another thing I read is Hamilton is moving from Texas to LAA (hitter friendly to not as hitter friendly). Here's to hoping Hamilton breaks his leg (jk)

Quick double check- you would prefer Melky over Choo in this deal? I've seen some sites that rate Choo higher. But that could simply be cause Melky didn't have a full year.

The side getting Cutch is by far the better deal. I would prefer to get Choo but Melky is not bad either way.
