5x5 mixed 11 team keeper league $310 cap, keep 11
Had an offer of Yadier ($19) and Lawrie ($13) for my Hamilton ($21). Seems like I should pull the trigger on this one. Biggest concern is that all highly rated 3B (Lawrie would be best available) are going to be kept. In a two catcher league, having Mauer and Molina certainly provides a step up. Molina and Lawrie would fill spots occupied by Hamilton and either Fister or Montero.
OF Bautista ($16)
OF Willingham ($6)
1B Encarnacion ($6)
2B Pedroia ($16)
SS Rutledge ($6)
3B Lawrie ($13)
C Molina ($19)
C Mauer ($21)
P Kershaw ($26)
P Medlen ($6)
P Fister ($11)

which montero did u have?.....cause either one of those catchers would have been a real good #2 catcher. U bought 2 players and gave up 1 and in doing so u spent $12(?) more when u already had a suitable #2 catcher...I don't think it was a good deal, hamilton for $21 in an 11 team league is a decent price, could have spent that extra $12 on a 3rd baseman with your first overall pick....sorry

Generally you don't want to give up the best player in a deal. Yadier put up career numbers in an age 29 season last year...you can expect maybe 15/70/.295 from him next year. Honestly, those numbers are good, but not much better than you'll get from either Montero, and the Monteros would be much less expensive.
I'd rather be on the Hamilton side...Lawrie's upside doesn't outweigh how much he already costs and Molina has nowhere to go but down.
If you could make it something more like Hamilton for BJ Upton/Lawrie I would be much more interested (that's probably a tough sell though).

I would take the Hamilton side. I expect something of a regression from Yadier and Lawrie has potential but is unproven. Hamilton can be a top 10 player easily, so I think I take the gamble and grab him.

I like the Hamilton side too. Yadier and Lawrie aren't enough for him especially since 21 bucks is great value for Hamilton who should go for 24-25 dollars in most leagues or higher.
please help and read my last post thanks.

Keep Hamilton. Molina is too much. Hamiltion is less than market value.
