I need some pitchers with high strikeouts and wins that will be available late in the draft. Names like Phil Hughes, Max Scherzer, Derek Holland are good. ERA and WHIP don't matter, I'm throwing those categories. I play in an 8 man league so you don't have to go that deep. WHIR post link below.

I wouldn't necessarily call Scherzer a late-draft pick, but guys near the latter rounds might be Marco Estrada (maybe 180Ks), Maybe Edwin Jackson (around an 8.0 K/9 last year), there's always the incredible Bud Norris and Volquez (high K/9s and possible double digit win guys, but probably not so great for your ERA/WHIP). These are guys with K/9s around the mid-8's and above (probably not Jackson). James McDonald might be worth a look, but that 8+ K/9 comes with a 4+ ERA and 1.25-1.3+ WHIP.
I'm sure there are some better bets, but these might be round towards the mid-to-late rounds.
Good luck.

If there are 8 teams and you have 9 pitchers on your roster that is 72 drafted. Assuming each team, on the avergae picks 3 relievers from the 30 closers that leaves 48 statrters. You can pickup towards the end of your draft the likes of:
Kyle Loshe
Hiroki Kuroda
Matt Harvey
Jonathon Niese
Lance Lynn
Alexi Ogando
Matt Garza
Ryan Vogelsong
Tim Hudson
Tommy Hanson
Mike Minor
Dan Haren
Jeremy Hellickson
Chris Capuano
Ryan Dempster
Homer Bailey
Jarrod Parker
Brandon McCarthy
Anibal Sanchez
Brett Anderson
A.J. Burnett
Marco Estrada
Matt Harrison
There is no need to look any further. You just need to have a good list at the draft. You cannot predict wins but you can strike outs. Scherzer may lead the league but he will be renked top 18-25. Look at Moore, Samardzija, Lynn, Kennedy, Bailey, A Sanchez, and peavy. They all shoould be available in the latter part of the draft.
