Prospect Draft - Site that lists by highest ceiling?

I'm wondering if anyone has ever come across a site that lists prospects based on highest ceiling and filters out the "safe" prospects with moderate or low ceilings? There are tons of sites with top prospect list that have a decent top 10 - 20, but once you get past that you get a lot of the safe picks mixed in, was hoping to find a site that focuses on or at least has a list based on high risk high reward instead or as well?
