Carl Crawford(16), Logan Forsythe(4), Dan Stailey(4), Pedro Alvarez(7)
I'm not sure who Dan Stailey is Dr. Bill...
Though Logan Forsythe is a nice deep league sleeper. Pedro Alvarez is a beast...and Crawford is solid OF capable of rebounding in a nice way. Harrison and Lynn kinda wash out to me.

I think I'd do this deal. Your getting multiple upgrades here for 3b and for only one downgrade yep do it.

I'd look to move Francouer/Ibanez for a platoon p type 2b after doing this deal. Maybe look into getting Jemile Weeks or something like that who has some speed that you'd giving up.

What SB threats and 2b are available ANYTHING at all?

Dollar for dollar it's a srtiaght up trade. I like crawford to have a nice season this year in that revamped lineup, but I think I would try to get a starting catcher in there somehow...you don't have 1 starting catcher and that could hurt in the long run....maybe take a look at his team and try to work a catcher in there if possible.... ;-D

Might look into FA: see if Evan Gattis available he might make a nice early season sleeper. If I'm ATL i'd let him start...despite his defense issues.

I think this trade is good for you, but where does it leave you at 2b?

The other guy has now changed his offer to the following:

HIS Izturis, Crawford, Forsythe, Jared Weaver, Dan Strailey and Pedro Alvarez for MY Zobrist, Lorenzo Cain, Morrison, Simmons, Cobb, Lynn.

What do you think about this one?

Thanks for the help on mine-

Anyways, I think I like the new trade but it would depend on the cost of weaver. What is it?

I liked it BEFORE he changed it. I'd rather have Harrison than Weaver, and I don't like giving up the young guys Cain and Simmons. Simmons will probably be leading off this yr, ahead of Heyward and Upton. But, you would be getting Crawford. Still, I'd counter with the first offer again, and see if he takes it.
