14 team, H2H keeper league (keep 10), no restrictions for keepers, the league is ran through Yahoo. Standard 5x5 stats.

The team you are taking over was league champion last year. I have no idea as to why he hasn't rejoined, my guess is that he changed his e-mail over. Anyways, he also traded his 1st round pick last year (14th overall pick). But you'll still have the 15th overall pick and have another pick in the 2nd round also.
