Has anyone used Rotoworld or Rotolab?

I have used fantistics the last 2 years. While I liked it, it has good projections, and is pretty customizable to league type/scoring. I just feel like trying something different this year.

I'll give a plug for Mike MacGregor. His Draft Buddy spreadsheet is slick. It's been free (you can leave donations) over the past year or so. Every now and again he'll pop his head in here too. I can't speak much for the projections, but I know that they can be customized.

We'll be rolling out our Draft Tracker for baseball after introducing it for basketball leagues this season. You can watch a YouTube walk-through from the basketball side here. There will be upgrades and refinements, but the functionality will be largely the same as what you see in the video. It connects directly to Yahoo! and CBS draft rooms and updates dynamically. Unfortunately, ESPN is manual - their setup doesn't allow us to connect to live drafts. Completely customizable settings, you can use our projections or go the custom route.
