Theoretically neither of them should be batting third. The optimal line up has your best hitters 1st, 2nd, and 4th. Top two guys are more OBP focused, clean up hitter more well rounded. The guy batting third is supposed to be mostly a power guy, as he is going to come up a decent amount with nobody on and two out.
I'd probably move Zobrist to the two-hole, but I'd still leave Longo batting clean-up.
