Return to Draft, Trade, Keeper and Waivers Questions

My 10-team dynasty league is entering its fourth season and I have the first overall pick in the draft. We have 40 man rosters and we keep 25 players. I am in rebuilding mode and I am having a difficult time deciding which prospect to draft. I have essentially narrowed it down to Correa, Buxton, Zunino, or Russell.
I am currently leaning toward Correa because of the immense value that my league places on SS prospects, but I am worried that he will end up at third base. Buxton has an incredible ceiling, but he is very raw and OF prospects are easy to find. Zunino is the closest to the Majors and will be a very solid offensive contributor for the next decade, but I already have Jesus Montero and Gary Sanchez. I really like Russell and I think he will move a lot faster than Correa, but is he worth the first overall pick? I think I will take Correa first and hope that Russell/Gausman/Zimmer/Dahl falls to me in the second round. Is that a solid strategy?

Hmm do you want a Hanley (in his great year) in his prime or a Trout (as a rookie year)?
Well....
Correa I'd go that way.
The best there is, the best there was, and the best there ever will be!
