I don't see how you can keep Shelby Miller over Sale.

Sale by a mile! Sale is 23 and Shelby is 22. Shelby has not rounded in to the player many where expecting as soon as we where expecting. Sale has come out of nowhere, but is performing. I take the guy that is proving his worth with a minimal 1 yr age difference. If Sale was 30, it may be a different story.

One year age difference doesn't matter. But yes, keeping Sale is a no-brainer as he has proven himself last year, whereas Miller only had a small cup of coffee. Always keep the proven commodotiy.

That said, I'm really bullish on Miller this year. Now that Carp is out for the season, I believe the No. 4 or 5 slot in the rotation is his to lose in ST.

I would be shocked if someone said Miller over Sale. Miller will be really good someday, but Sale is there now.
