Andrus for Weeks?

I'm in a 12 team H2H 6x6 $260 cap keeper league and was offered Rickie Weeks $8 for 2 more years for my Elvis Andrus $8 for 2 more years.

I put Andrus on the trade block in search of a 2B and I already have Ian Desmond as my SS. My only available 2B options in the upcoming draft auctions are Utley, Rutledge, Kelly Johnson, Murphy, blah!

I am actually most excited about Rutledge though and may try to snag him even if I do the trade.

I also have Dustin Ackley as a cheap keeper for 4 more years and I'm entertaining the idea of trading for Aaron Hill who's got a really cheap contract on another team.

So should I go ahead with Andrus for Weeks? Demand a little more for Andrus? Draft Rutledge as my starting 2B (when he gets eligibility)? Start Ackley as my 2B or try to get Aaron Hill?

Yes you should make that trade. there is more value in Weeks than Andrus, I have it at $12 and $7.

I'd want more than Weeks in return for Andrus.

If you can swing a straight up Andrus for Weeks trade, do it. However, you're not going to get anymore than that for a guy who's biggest asset is steals.
