Anyone else having trouble registering a Yahoo team?

An owner in one of my leagues is unable to register his team.
He gets the invite email and clicks the link, but when he gets to the invite accept page it stops working. He gets an error that says "the document you requested was not found".
Same thing happened with both email addresses I sent it to.
Hes been in the league for 3 years now and has never had a problem registering before so I dont know what the issue could be.
edit - is it possible that some kind of work filter is blocking the Yahoo invite web page?



This also happens t be the league in which I am the commish and never received a league renewal notification, and dont get any email notifications at all. Some kind of glitch I guess

Ok so the invite finally worked correctly today.

Also today I randomly received both a text alert, and an email sent to my Yahoo address (which I have never used as my main email for any leagues Ive ever been in) telling me Yahoo is open for renewal. what?
the league is already set up now thanks to unintentionally stumbling upon my renewal page via a link to my previously owned teams in an invite to a completely different league.
No idea if the 2 issues are related or not.
