Ayuh, I can verify that one, at least. Last season I drafted Kendrick based on that exact sweet spot. He slumped out of the gate, got kicked to the 7-8 hole, and when he inevitably started hitting for avg. there was no production attached.

I wouldn't say he has no value..even if his counting stats aren't the greatest. .280 career hitter 20-30 SBs maybe 10 HR's. Will score more runs with MIke Trout solidified in leadoff from Opening day. How much greater would Reyes-Castro-Andrus be in his place for double the price? Too bad he doesn't take a walk or else he'd be a solid sleeper. Still I'd chance him in the later rounds.

Well Andrus is an awful pick where he goes. I don't like Reyes much since SB are so easy to get later. Castro is a legit .300 hitter with 20+ HR upside, more SB than Aybar and is batting 3rd in his lineup. Basically he is better than Aybar in every single way even if Aybar bats 2nd. If Aybar bats 7th to 9th he blows him away in every stat.
