So that's what you were thinking, eh? Apparently, Verlander must have a smooth swing that we were not aware of...

Now I'm thinking ... eh, who needs hitters?

Seriously though, he was my most valuable player left, so I decided to take the leap and hope I can pick up enough value on offense to be at least middle of the road while hopefully dominating the pitching cats.

I really like the Reyes pick at 3.08. I honestly thought he would be taken in the 2nd or very early in the 3rd. Are people avoiding him because of the turf = injury potential?

I was thinking about taking him in the early 2nd, but went with Dustin b/c I already had a SS..

I really wanted him to fall to me at 3.10. Missed him by two picks.

Would've loved him at 3.11 ... actually considered him at 2.05.

Thought about Reyes vs Kinsler briefly at 2.14. Decided I wanted a little more pop early. Definitely think he was great value where he went though. Also thought Zimmerman was good value where he went.

I was going to take him at 3.9 if he was there.
