Okay gentlemen. We have all arrived, and so the draft can begin whenever Thracken is ready to make the first pick. We will use the standard 12 hour window to make picks. The official 12 hour timer will begin at midnight tomorrow (Thursday, 2/14) night, if Thracken does not pick before then.
Please remember to PM the next team in line after you have made your pick. Also, please add your picks to your rosters on the roster pages. I will update the draft picks and players taken pages.
If you are not going to be able to make a pick, feel free to contact another player or myself with a list of players you would like to draft.
If you have not joined the league already, please remember to do so, so that I can start entering in rosters as we go along.
Pick 1 is very stressful...I have to get it right, cause I don't pick again until 29. I took Braun for the "safe" factor. I don't want to get into it too much in fear of name dropping...
Also, mods, can you put PM links in the OP to each round? makes PMing the next guy a lot easier
I'm happy with MCab there. I assumed he would go 1. I'm actually a little worried about Braun and the PED news. I don't think a suspension is likely, but who knows of anything comes of this investigation... Maybe Bud Selig is out to get him after he got off on a technicality last year. Anyway, like Thracken said, it's difficult to take a risk with your top pick when you don't select again for a long time.
