At this point we might be looking for a replacement if the clock is winding down on his next pick coming up. I will look into replacements in Chris8's thread in the leftovers forum. Some feedback on this would be great though if you agree or disagree. I understand that he has been prompt in a couple other leagues, but if we're going to have J making a couple picks (not sure of kidsilk's situation) then it might be a better idea to replace him eventually. We'll have to see what happens in the little bit especially with his pick coming up.

I would say let someone make his next two picks if he hasn't shown up yet. Beyond that if he still doesn't show up for round 5 replace him. Hopefully he shows up soon and gives us good word that he will be more prompt. Usually when picks are missed something happened IRL, I'd give him the benefit of the doubt for now.

I would love for him to dedicate a little time to this (he did volunteer) but if he cannot make the time commitment needed, I would hope he would just let us know and we could find a replacement.

Let me apologize for being absent until now for the last two rounds. I have just been unbelievably busy. I am a physician here in Pittsburgh and am on call this week and can't really make picks during the day because the hospital blocks this site. I can sometimes make picks in the morning from my office but it is not always my pick then. I promise to make sure I am more prompt in checking in more often from now on because I really want to participate in the league. But, I understand if you guys are frustrated and want to get another owner. Thanks.
