It's like the NFL draft. Ghost has the right to pick that pick at any time. But everyone else can go on picking per the draft order.

This is the first time I've done a cafe league so excuse me if you aren't supposed to do this but is anyone hitting Ghost with PMs about being skipped?

I think he was here before it was his turn to pick. He hasn't logged in since then and I sent him a PM yesterday about joining the Yahoo league, which he hasn't checked.

So we skip it rather than a mod picking or having an alternate person pick?

My advice would be if you don't know if you'll be available to make your pick, just leave a queue of picks with someone.

BTW, we do have volunteers who can 1) leave your picks with or 2) draft for you if you're close to the time limit:

Rotoquest
or anyone else you trust to leave picks with or autodraft for you.
