My hunch is that we don't, but if you clarify what exactly you want to do, I can probably answer more definitively, or incorporate your feedback into our requirements gathering. The real trick here is that every league wants to do things differently. This is why our general approach to keeper leagues has been to provide base concepts and tools that most leagues can use, even if it still leaves some work for the commish. Over time we build upwards and add more specific functionality in ways we think will benefit many leagues. Off the top of my head, we allow the commish to associate costs with players, and they can be displayed in-game, but we don't do any enforcement on them.
