Definitely not OK in Cafeholics Leagues! Been in place since the very first one - every roster position must be filled at the end of the draft - and have someone in it for every week of the season!

Unfortunately Yahoo allows you to have invalid rosters and you have to just hope people stay honest about it, unless you monitor everyone's teams everyday. But yeah, I hate the invalid rosters loophole with a passion.

Perhaps 30 points of batting average from your team batting average projection? Good thing he swings a big club to make batting average a back burner issue.

He will hit north of .250. When you put that together with 100+ RBI 80 or so runs and 35 HR I can live with the lack of SB and the lower BA. Not everyone can be mike trout.
