Ackley/Konerko trade

I was just offered Paul Konerko, Jim Johnson, and Brandon League for Dustin Ackley and Mark Trumbo. I really do need saves and Trumbo's OBP can be a real killer. Should I be too afraid of Konerko's age and surgery? Ackley is young, but is there really all that much potential for a fantasy stud? I'm also a bit afraid of what I'll be left with at 2B if Kinsler goes down. I have a very competitive team, but am another quality starter and and closer or 2 away from being able to win the league. Depth can also be seen as an issue.
