Which 4 too add (WHIR)

ESPN - 10 team league, we are going through an expansion draft in about a weeks time, to up our league to 12 teams. However our league Parameters are deep (see below) We are allowed to protect 13 players, then after Expansion Draft allowed to add 4 more guys to give us a total of 17. So please advise me with my next 4, Thanks, Relief Pitchers are GOLD (as I found out last year) please we do carry a DH slot and players must qualify as DH in our league (ex. C.Santana and J.Montero on my roster)
