Which 2 closers to keep?

Postby pizzaboy76 » Fri Feb 08, 2013 9:19 pm

I want to keep 2 RP due to the nature of the league. Which pair do I keep?

Motte ($20) and David Hernandez ($11)

or

Balfour ($15) and Jansen($17)

I'd probably go Balfour and Jansen.

Ugh that's tough:
Balfour has turned into a late-blooming stud closer.
Jansen is a backup closer to an established arm, young but his heart troubles worry me.
david hernandez is one injury away from being on par with these other arms.
Motte is best in the group...IMO and that pairing costs one dollar less...I'd take that pair save a dollar.
Just a consideration keeping just either closer and throwing MRP back (they are a dime a dozen). Which do you own and which are you trading for?
I almost never consider MRP as keeper options unless they are minimum salary AND in a deep NL only or AL only league.
The best there is, the best there was, and the best there ever will be!

Ok pizzaboy which do you prefer Pepperoni or Sausage, sometimes I like one then the other sometimes both, it doesn't really make any difference they're both good and basically cost the same. ;-D
