Unlimited keepers, yes keep him at $7. I have him at $8. The thing you have to analyze is what his inflation price will be in an auction format. If everyone has a lot of quality keepers at great value, then a Kuroda's implied inflation value may actually be as high as $14.

Yeah he could go for about 12ish I was thinking. So about half of that is decent value.
If we get Dodgers Kuroda (when healthy) you have a steal there.
The best there is, the best there was, and the best there ever will be!

NOT (be specific) to like about this guy?

Nothing. As I said, he has already proven he can pitch and pitch in the AL East. The only concern is when he falls off the cliff due to age. I have no problem with him at $7 as I think that is a fairly decent buy for a guy that can put up pretty good numbers.
