I think I would make this trade, Ackley has little value in a 10 teamer. The issue is that your bats are strong and your SP is week if you make the trade. I would still make the trade, but then focus on improving your SP's a bit.
Why in a redraft do yo have so many rookies and unproven players. Going to a keeper? You don't exactly have a ton of pitching as it is.
Unless you are going to a keeper I would consider dumping one or two of your prospects for sure fire locked in players that can at least contribute. You do need SP depth.
Marte+Hamilton are on your bench? Cole/Bauer (will they even make the rotation?)

Im holding onto those keepers just to see how they do in spring training and if they falter I will dump them. I have trade bait to improve my SP as I am going to do
Well in a shallowers league you can matchup the back end of your rotation with 2start SP. I would make this deal because in a shallower league its more important to have the best possible players at most positions you can.

I am not a Kinsler fan, but he has more value than Ackley and Sale here in a redraft league. I like Sale but not really close given the 2b situation this year.
I also do not get all the prospects? In redraft leagues with fairly shallow benches, prospects have minimal value. Only the ones that can conceivably start and contribute big time this year are even worth considering. Profar for instance may not even start in the Majors this year.
