I like total bases and walks for hitters
I like quality starts and holds for pitchers

I also like the idea of changing BA to OBP and SV to SOLDS for a 5x5 league. That would promote hitters who do take walks and it gives value to middle relief.

My favorite negative categories are GIDP for hitting (not k's) and Losses for pitching. I hate it when a hitter swings at the first pitch and makes two outs, I'd rather have an Adam Dunn up there taking 5 pitches and a K.

But to be honest I think losses is overkill when your pitcher implodes he destroys 2 ratio categories as it is.

if I were to make a standard 5x5 a 6x6 I'd probably push to add hitters walks and pitchers holds.

Id add QS because it emphasizes having to add quality starting pitchers
