Fantasy Minor League System

Hey guys,

We are starting a 12 man dynasty league this upcoming season and want to have a separate 3 man minor league system
that managers have throughout the year apart from their regular bench.

Just wondering if anyone knows websites that allow this function? I'm pretty sure CBS does but it costs per year to run a league there, does ESPN have this feature as well?

Any insight is appreciated
