Rosenthal wasn't super impressive as a starter in the minors (8 K/9 in AA last year). He also threw 80% fastballs as a reliever which won't play near as well when he can't throw 100 MPH. Not to say he couldn't provide value as a late round sleeper, but I wouldn't expect much out of him until his secondary stuff improves.
