I want to say Bumgarner, but the jump to $20 next year makes me feel like Sale is the guy to go with here. 2 years of Sale> 1 year of Bumgarnger

Bumgarner is the guy I like most of the 3 but I would choose Sale since he is half the price for the next 2 seasons.

I'd keep Kimbrel. The Braves appear that they will be better, which should result in just as many, if not more, save chances. He was a top 10 ranked pitcher last year and there are no indicators that he won't be able to repeat what he did.

I'm not sure what type of budget you have or what players typically go for, but I would also consider taking Sale at $5 instead of Heyward at $17.
