I think you had a typo in your title, it should say "Everyone disagrees Heyward over Justin Upton". This isn't a knock on Heyward though, he's very close

It's an interesting debate at the very least. Heyward came into the league with more hype than Upton and took a step forward last year while Upton took a step back. I think I'd still take Upton over Heyward, but it's very close. I would definitely bet on this being Heyward's first huge season of many to come. However, I think Upton has a decent chance of outperforming that. If I was offered Heyward and a mid-round pick for Upton in my keeper league I'd probably take it.

Just to add a non fantasy reference to this. The Braves almost certainly had a better OF last year than they have this year and their offense was clearly better last year than it will be this year barring huge strides by the 26 and under players. This is a case of perception just not even remotely matching reality when people think the Braves are a much better team than last year.
