The player MUST have MISSED a game before replacing a injured player and the replacement player MUST come from your own roster that was locked for that scoring period.Injury replacements will not count toward 1 of your transactions.

All injury subs must be able to fill the position of injured player or be able play another position barring another player can be moved to play that position needing filled.

a injury and can't be replaced.

A pitcher being shut down for remaining season will not
be considered a injury(This is a MLB club decision) and can't be replaced.

A pitcher may be replaced barring the pitcher has missed
a start or held out of a game due to a injury.

has missed game previous day.If player misses Tuesday game due to injury, player can be replaced on Wednesday or next day playing.

verses the 1 injury sub leading up to championship game.

Week 2 of championship, each owner can replace ONE
pitcher for that period and will not count toward a injury sub.

Once first period/week of championship starts lineups are locked for remaining of championship.

Playoffs will start week 21 and last 4 weeks with championship game last for 2 weeks.

BEST OF THE REST TOURNAMENT TEAMS will NOT be allowed any transactions of any kind.

Commissioner has right to remove any owner at anytime
for misconduct on league message board or not setting a
competitive lineup every week without refund.

Any owner that has 2 or more weeks with a player on DL or
player in "M" status that is in active lineup may be removed
from league or may have to explain reasoning for doing so.

Using DL and "M" status players in active lineup is not considered
setting a competitive lineup.

DRAFT ROOM
-----------------

Players must be available in CBS system to be drafted.

Commissioner is not responsible for any team acquiring extra picks in draft and lose due to draft room not allowing the owner to make that extra pick.If can't make the extra pick the owner LOSES it.

Commissioner is not responsible to catch up picks if a owner
is short any picks in draft due to trading away.Owners that are short will have to wait for free agency opens.

Commissioner is not responsible for any picks that is made by draft robot when time expires.Commissioner will not change any picks once a pick is made, once a pick is made is FINAL.It is owners responsibility to make their pick in time allowed or have players queued for when time expires.

MINOR LEAGUE PLAYERS
--------------------------------

Minors must be available in CBS system to be acquired.

Each team can carry up to 4 minor league players on their
roster and MUST carry a "M" in their status.

End of season through upcoming seasons draft minors
can stay as a MINOR if the player has not exceeded 120 at
bats for career or exceeded 50 innings pitched for career.

Any owner that has a player that meets these requirements
needs player moved to minor spot needs to post to whole
league player that needs moved and owner must have or
made room for player to be moved there. This process needs to
stated by keeper deadline before rosters are cleared.

Once season starts ALL MINORS must have a "M" in
their status to be there.

Each Sunday sometime I (commissioner) will view rosters
for any minor league players that don't belong and if a player is not suppose to be there will be moved to bench, this will be done by no later than 8pm est unless I note differently.Owners will be responsible to adjust any illegal lineups if this does occur.

Any player found in spot and player has known not to be in
such status from beginning of week, team/owner will be penalized.

1st time - minus 50 points/gm totaling minus 300 for week.
(minus 25 points/gm totaling 150 for week
only for weeks 1 and 2)
2nd time- minus 100 points/gm totaling minus 600 for week.

AUGUST CALL UPS

If a player gets called up in August, the player can stay as a minor.

Minors can stay as a MINOR if the player has not exceeded 120 at bats for career or exceeded 50 innings pitched for career.

If a owner decides to use minor league player,
owner must make post to whole league stating the player is
being called up and moving into active roster.

If a owner fails to post to league a minor being called up owner
will FORFEIT all game(s) that week.

If a minor changes status and cause a illegal lineup
owner will need to post to whole league who and what
had happened and commissioner will fix with no penalty.
Owners will have until 11:59pm est. Monday to make this
known if it happens.

INJURED PLAYERS
-----------------------

Each team will get to carry up to 4 injured players on their
roster and must have "DL" in their status.

Each Sunday sometime I (commissioner) will view rosters
for any injured players that don't belong and if a player
is not suppose to be there will be moved to bench, this will be done by no later than 8pm est unless I note differently.Owners will be responsible to adjust any illegal lineups if this does occur.

PLAYOFFS
--------------

Playoffs will start week 21 and last for 4 weeks with championship game being for 2 weeks being week 1 lineup locked for the 2 weeks and allowing 3 subs versus the 1 during playoffs leading up to championship game.Injury subs must come from your week 1 roster.

All teams in playoffs will receive 1 injury sub and player
must have missed a game/start before being replaced.
Any pitcher that has already made a start for your team
for the week is not eligible to replaced, however if you
are in championship week pitcher can be replaced week 2.

Playoffs 4 divison winners(top 4 seeds) and best 4 teams
by record from any divison will make playoffs.

Divisional ties will be broke by:

1.Head to Head Record With Team Tied With.
2.Division Record
3.Total Points Scored

Any other playoff ties will be broke by:

1.Head to Head Record
2.Highest Score for 1 week During Season.
3.Total Points Scored.

KEEPERS
-----------

Keepers will go through a rotation cycle:

2010: 4 keepers
2011: 6 keepers
2012: 8 keepers
2013: 10 keepers
2014: 8 keepers
2015: 6 keepers
2016: 4 keepers

In addition to your keepers each owner can keep
up to 4 minor league player as long they do not have
more than 120 at bats in career or 50 innings pitched in
career.(Once season starts minors must a "M" in status)

After 2013 it will progress back up from bottom 8 , 6, 4.

Reason for these to give the weaker teams a chance.

PAYOUTS

1st place = $300
2nd place = $100
3rd place = $50
4th place = $50

Division winners = $25

The eight teams that don’t make playoffs will play
in a "Best of the Rest Tournament" for $50 and 1st pick in next years draft.

The remaining 7 teams that didn't win tournament will be put in a lottery
to decide the 2nd pick through 8th pick. This will be done through a draft randomizer.

Worst team to the better team that didn't win tournament.

100 chances
50 chances
30 chances
20 chances
20 chances
10 chances
10 chances

This will help keep league more competitive meaning finishing in last does not guarantee a 1st or 2nd pick in the draft.

In another league I was in the last place team in a 14 team league got 4th pick.

If CBS charges less than $150 to run league the extra money will be split up between 1st and 2nd place.
